Tonight, at the Thomas Edison Museum, two of our middle school students presented their Education for Sustainability projects. They shared a stage with high schoolers, elected officials, leaders of the Audubon Society, the Sierra Club and Unity founder Lisa Brick. The event was organized by the West Orange Environmental Commission who was looking to educate the community on sustainability and conservation. Our students presented on "The Societal and Economic Impact of Cell phones", and on the topic of what a "Global Society that Promotes Acceptance and Sustainability looks like."
